Keep your smart system at your fingertips with the Control4 app. You’ll get push notifications, remote access, at-a-glance info, and control for your devices, all from your phone or tablet. Customize your home page and each room’s page with your favorite commands. Want to know how to do this? Welcome to the exciting world of home automation. The Control4 app (for OS 2.6.0 and later) on your iOS or Android® smartphones and tablets or on a PC or Mac computer can manage everything in your Control4 home automation system.
CONTROL4: ADDING & EDITING LIGHTING
In OS 2.3, you can create, edit, and rename simple lighting scenes from your touch screens or MyHomePC app as the mood strikes you (not available on MyHome mobile devices). This is an especially handy feature, because sometimes when you’ve lived with your smart lighting for awhile, you realize that some things could work a little better for you. Now you can make these changes yourself.
CONTROL4 APP: WHEN > THEN
When/Then is a powerful tool to automate device interconnectivity around your home. You can link actions to button presses, schedules or status changes. “Whens” represent events that happen in your home. “Thens” are automated behaviors that can happen in response to a given event or “When” in your home. Pick a “When” and connect it to a “Then”. It’s that simple.
